Welcome to Suburban Floor and Kitchens!

Suburban Floor and Kitchens can trace its roots all the way back to 1950 when Louis Accetta, Sr., started the business out of his home in Somerville. As the second generation took over by son, Louie Jr., a showroom was opened in 1980 in East Arlington, and remained situated at the same location until 1998. Suburban Floor and Kitchens became so successful, that it was time to expand and relocate. In 1998, our business moved to 121 Massachusetts Avenue in East Lexington.

At our present location, we display kitchen vignettes, counter tops, hardware for cabinets, vinyl and linoleum floors, and ceramic tile and solid vinyl tiles. The services Suburban Floor and Kitchens (and Baths) offer include:

• Professional computer-designed kitchen and baths by 20/20 Technologies software since 1990.
• Complete general contracting services including highly-skilled carpentry, electrical, plumbing, plastering, and floor installation of vinyl, ceramic tile, and hardwood floors*.
• We will also work with a general contractor preferred by a client in which case we would design and deliver the product (cabinets) to the job site.
• Supply and install windows and doors.
• Build decks or add to existing decks.
• Work with architects on small additions.
